Prior to founding Fabrica, Jon focused on asset-backed credit, funding a wide range of specialty finance companies.
Before this, he worked alongside financial and property technology businesses to scale their customer reach by partnering hands-on with founders and board members to solve operational challenges, capital needs and accelerate growth.
He began his career in commercial real estate finance, where he worked with owners and investors throughout the US across a variety of asset types. He holds a BSC from Duke University.
